Great location, just a short walk to the city center and all its cafes and shops. The hotel is conveniently situated near key attractions in Siena.

The hotel was quite noisy, especially which coincided with a group of American summer school students. The noise from their late-night returns, banging doors, and loud music was disruptive and the staff didn't seem to do anything to address the issue.

This hotel was a great value for the price we paid. We found the rates to be very reasonable, especially considering the included breakfast with its many options. The location was also very well placed, right next to an electric escalator that takes you near to the center. The staff provided excellent service and attention to detail, making us feel welcome and taken care of. Despite the rooms being on the smaller side, we appreciated the basic amenities and the beautiful window overlooking a small park.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

The best part was being so close to Siena's majestic historical center - I could easily walk to the main sights and attractions.

During my recent stay in Siena, I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that provided excellent value for the price. The location of the hotel was unbeatable, just a short distance from the town center. I was thrilled to discover that I could easily access the town via escalators located right next to the hotel. This made exploring Siena convenient. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making my stay more fun. I also appreciated the fact that I could park my car for free at the hotel. It had about 10-15 parking lots, so finding a spot was never a problem. The rooms were simple, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The triple room I stayed in was spacious enough for three people and the bathroom was above average in size. The breakfast served at the hotel was good, with European options. I had a pleasant experience at this hotel and would gladly recommend it to others.

During our romantic escape, we were actually surprised by the warm welcome we received from the hotel staff. They were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was also excellent, as it was conveniently situated near the main attractions and had easy access to public transportation. the hotel provided free parking, a huge advantage for us as we had a rental car.
